Returns

At Mose Atelier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer you the opportunity to return your product within 14 days from the date of purchase.

In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the package to return all or part of the items purchased to us.

The costs related to the return of the product concerned are exclusively your responsibility. The product must be returned in its original and complete condition.

Once the return has been accepted, you can return your well-protected items in their original packaging to us (at your expense and with tracking) to the following address:

The order (excluding initial shipping costs) will be refunded to you within 14 days of receipt.

Items that have been personalized will not be returned, exchanged or refunded.
